Service was fast… but my god…
This 6 piece chicken wing was the absolute worst. I was missing this neighborhood I grew up in for 15 years. So god damn disgusting. I have no clue what quality assurance or where it went wrong, for almost 14 dollars. This was the worst. It really used to be a great place.

I've eaten here one too many times.
What Chinese food place that can't season and steam vegetables? Huas, that's who.
I ordered a small vegetarian delight. The worst that I've ever eaten. Vegetables are hard af, and the seasonings is 0.
The fat faced Chinese chick with the bad attitude, damn near closed my hand in the little window.
That was the straw that broke the camels back.
Uckf this place with the nasty arce Chinese food, and the fat faced Chinese chick, too.
I will go out of my way to eat somewhere else, and you should, too.

I visited this restaurant on 11/05/22 around the 12:00PM hour. I actually ate here years ago back in the early 1990’s but instead of playing it safe. I decided to order a dish I wasn’t quite familiar with and I wasn’t happy with so I decided not to come here anymore. Yesterday I came here wanting to try some Chinese food close to my house in the neighborhood. I came here and the cashier was pleasant, the food ordered was available within the 15/20 minutes given and the place itself looked, just okay - no seating/very small.
I ordered chicken fry rice, pepper steak and chicken egg foo young. The chicken fry rice was good, hot, spicy (I like), chicken tender and plenty of beans sprouts which I also love. The pepper steak was spicy ( I like again), the meat was tender and the gravy was thick but a little sweet tasting not my favorite, but I ended up putting black pepper on my dish which killed some of the sweet tastes. The chicken egg foo young was cooked soft (NICE) and I big fan of the brown gravy (ANOTHER NICE), the white chicken meat (ANOTHER NICE), but it tasted kind of bland overall. I noticed some negative reviews and my experience was fairly decent, but I have been saying this for a minute. It all comes down to who is cooking the food that day, the inconsistencies is crazy with a lot of these restaurants. I came here today and had a decent experience but I could easy come here another day and my experience will be a utter disappointment!!!

This place is as good as any Chinatown restaurant, but without having to drive to Downtown Chicago. Food is absolutely ? amazing....give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Rude customer service from the woman in the front. They tell you to pay cash to avoid the card fee, I took the exact cash from the receipt I received from the email but the prices online were different from in store so I was short a dollar. I offered to pay the dollar with card but the woman had an attitude and didn’t wanna except the payment and was demanding the dollar cash when I didn’t have it because of the price difference between the store and the online prices

The last 2 times I was there the food was pretty mediocre. This place had been excellent for many years. I suspect there have been some changes in the kitchen, the long time cashier girl is now the cook for starters. The luncheon specials used to be good and all came with fresh shrimp fried rice, now it only comes with blah plain fried rice. There are also long waits for pick up. It's a shame I really liked this place in the past and it's going downhill.
